CHAMPIONS ACADEMY

ABOUT CHAMPIONS ACADEMY

We build courses that replace guesswork with structure.

Champions Academy is a course-first fitness platform. We publish structured video curricula, layer diet protocols behind them, and offer coaching for members who want accountability. The course is always the spine.
THE ORIGIN

Started with one question: why do most programs fail?

Most fitness programs hand you a PDF and disappear. There is no weekly structure, no form guidance, no progression model. You are left to figure it out alone. Champions Academy was built to fix that.
We studied what makes university courses stick: clear modules, weekly rhythm, visible progress. Then we applied that to fitness. The result is a curriculum model where every week builds on the last.

THREE PILLARS

Course. Fuel. Coach.

Every product we sell maps to one of these three layers.

01

Course

The structured video curriculum. Weekly modules, form demos, progressive overload. This is the primary product.

02

Fuel

Diet protocols that plug into any course. Lean, Build, Balance, or Express. No extreme dieting, just structure.

03

Coach

1:1 consults, form reviews, and ongoing check-ins for members who want direct guidance.
FOUNDER

Rajpreet Singh

Rajpreet built Champions Academy after a decade of training clients who kept falling off programs that had no structure. The insight was simple: if every week has a clear lesson and a clear target, people stick. If it does not, they drift.
Today, Champions Academy publishes flagship courses, diet protocols, and coaching — all built on that same insight. Structure first, everything else second.
WHAT WE STAND FOR

Principles over hype

Curriculum over content

Random workouts are content. Structured weekly programs with progressions are curriculum. We only sell curriculum.

Honesty over hype

No before-after theatrics. No miracle timelines. We show the work, the structure, and the realistic pace.

Sustainability over intensity

Programs that burn people out in 4 weeks are bad products. We build 8- to 16-week systems designed to become habits.

Simplicity over complexity

If the program requires a spreadsheet to follow, it is too complex. Every course is designed to be followed with just the video and a notebook.
READY

Your next program is a course, not a random workout.

Open lesson one. Follow the system. Add diet or coaching when you want more support.
